Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service, at the provider’s discretion.
